About Mr. Bolger

Richard Owen Bolger, Esq. manages Bolger Law Firm, PLLC.  He has practiced law in the Washington DC metropolitan area since 1983.   Mr. Bolger began his practice as a trial lawyer handling bankruptcy, criminal, personal injury, divorce, and civil litigation cases.  He has handled thousands of cases over the years.  Today, his practice is focused on bankruptcy, real estate and personal injury cases.

Mr. Bolger is admitted in all local, and most of the Federal courts in Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia.  He is a member of the Fairfax County Bar Association and the Northern Virginia Bankruptcy Bar Association.  He and his family reside in Fairfax County.  Mr. Bolger has been involved in youth sports as a coach for over fifteen years.  He has been active in civic matters such as local traffic issues (eg, Route 7/Leesburg Pike traffic problems), serving as president of his homeowners association, and organizing a petition drive regarding school redistricting in his neighborhood.
